Paul Beats Obama by 1, Romney Ties1 min read

The Humble Libertarian says:

Ron Paul could kick Obama’s ass in a general election but Republicans apparently love Obama so much that they want 4 more years of him.

From Rasmussen:

In a hypothetical Election 2012 matchup, President Obama and Mitt Romney are tied at 45%. Matchup results are updated daily at 9:30 a.m. Eastern (sign up for free daily e-mail update). Texas Congressman Ron Paul holds a one-point edge over the president, 44% to 43%. See tracking history for the Republican candidates.

Rasmussen also reports that:

  • Overall, 48% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the president’s job performance. Fifty percent (50%) at least somewhat disapprove.
  • 27% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty percent (40%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -13.
  • Forty-four percent (44%) of Likely U.S. Voters now believe that the auto bailouts were good for the nation.  Forty-seven percent (47%) take the opposite view and believe they were bad. Only 31% believe the financial industry bailouts were good for America.
  • Republicans continue to enjoy a five-point advantage over Democrats on the Generic Congressional Ballot.

Still think he’s unelectable?

¡Viva la Revolución!
